Aquarium setup: Aquarium should be planted and contain a lot of hiding places among rock and rots. Provide flat rocks on which the may spawn. Floating plants that dimes the light are recommended.
Feeding: Accepts most kinds of food.
Breeding: Breeding is harder then most cichlids. Rain season simulation may trigger spawning in well feed fishes.
