Golden Freshwater Clam
 

Tilapia + 5 ingredients recipe

This easy recipe only calls for tilapia fillets + 5 other ingredients.  

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon of ground coriander
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon of dried parsley
  • 4 (4 ounce) tilapia fillets
  • 1 plum tomato
  • Butter for greasing

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine lemon juice, coriander and parsley in a bowl or dish.
  2. Place the tilapia fillets in seasoned juice and coat evenly.
  3. Place in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  5. Lightly grease a baking dish.
  6. Dice the plum tomato.
  7. Place the marinated tilapia fillets in the greased baking dish.
  8. Place diced tomatoes on top of the fish.
  9. Drizzle the marinade over the fish.
  10. Cover the baking dish with aluminium foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  11. Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes.
  12. Serve!
