Company: Corydoras diphyes should be kept in a group of 6 or more, minimum of 3. They are well suited to be kept in community aquariums and do well with most small friendly species.

Aquarium Setup: Minimum 10-15 gallon tank size. Corydoras diphyes prefer a sandy substrate as rough or sharp substrates will damage their barbels. They also prefer a planted tank with lots of hiding spots and driftwood.

Feeding: Like other corydoras, they accept a mixed diet including good quality flakes, different kinds of worms, bottom feeder pellets, and algae wafers.

Breeding: There are no records of Corydoras diphyes breeding in captivity.
