Is it OK if this is left to grow out the top of the tank or must it all remain submerged? Can't believe I put this stuff in a 10 gallon tank!

Got some in my 10 gallon too. I just keep trimming it to keep it under the water line, but I think you can grow it out if you like, not 100% sure. I put two fast-growing plants in my tank recently and that really cut back on the growth of the wisteria. Something to keep in mind if you're trying to slow it down.

Slow growers already in. Crypts, anubias, hairgrass, ferns and then the wisteria. Wanted some cherry shrimp for the tank but not finding any.

You can certainly let it grow out of the top, however be aware that many plants, once emerged, will put much of their energy into the emergent growth.

OK. Good to know. I can see this tank will be too small for Wisteria unless I give it a haircut every week.
