Your RTC can't be kept in a tank. Same with your hybrid TSN x RTC and in time 40 frotns will get so big they will end up killing each other.

I do realize i have chosen some very large fish but they can be kept i aquariums, i have seen them. as far as frontosas, i have been doing african cichlids for over 15 yrs. and have never had the problem of getting to big to kill each other. They are in a 220.I dont keep 40 at all times, i sell them.thumbs2:

I built the pond 4 years ago.I started with a 900 gal. that was not big enough so i redid it. It is 2 ft. inground and 2 ft. above ground.I could not get a machine in my back yard so it is hand dug in hard clay and rock. Took me 4 months start to finish.

when the shovelnoses get to big you can probably keep them in the koi pond if its heated

Its not heated and i have to much money invested in the koi to feed them to the catfish, ha,ha. I have started building another pond for the catfish.

Looks like you really have your hands full with all these fish! It won't take very long for that silver aro and catfish to outgrow a 75. Best of luck with them!
