Yes, there the best! Ours never really hides, he swims laps in our tank lol. He sure is growing fast too! We need to get upgraded to our 29 gallon soon!!

Cool pics of a cool fish! I have 2 of them and they rarely hide. My blochii is still my fav cat though. You know your tank is in good shape when you can keep pictus cats. Since they are scaleless they'll usually show signs of any diseases before the other fish.

No room right now.All my tanks are either full,or have a fish in it that won't put up with them.I think you saw the pic of my GT.I've tried to keep other fish with him,but he only tollerates snails.

Thanks Sharon! Yeah, I have seen your tanks. I guess you're right. Pictus cats are awfully fast though, you'd think they'd be ten times faster than the GT. Oh well. They're definitely worth it if you ever want different fish in a different setup. They're great fish.
