So I have 102 ghost shrimp eggs that I extracted (safely without hurting momma) on the 12th of this month. Now some of them are turning pink (they have always been green) and I noticed almost all of them have these two little black dots now (eyes?) some of the pink ones had a white spiderweb-ish thing covering the little cluster of eggs, is that for them to hatch into or is that algae? Does anyone know if shrimp eggs are supposed to turn pink? Or are they rotting? AHH so many questions.

SHRIMP AFICIONADOS! HELP!

I'd say pink is better than white... The dots could be eyes... As long as they don't have the 'hairy' fungusy look I'd just leave them and see what happens.

No not quite that fungus stuff, i've seen it before. It looks more like a slimy barrier. I'll keep you guys updated.

Please keep the advice flowing though if you have any!
