Whenever i stand beside the tank, he would start going crazy, swimming into the glass (not ramming it, just like moving from side to side against the glass) Does this mean hes hungry?

Not really, fish will do that even if they are full. They are begging for food whether they are hungre or not.

what about when you go to feed him, and he jumps and trys to eat the food on your finger... that kind of scared me, although he only jumped like 2 cm out of the water (just his head) It made me think, he may jump out when im not there..

You have to be very carefull as betta could jump out of his "house". You have to cover the tank.

Also, maybe he just like so much what you give to him for food. What are you giving to him? And how much?

If you are feeding the betta granules feed about 3 twice a day. A betta's stomach is about the size of its eye, very tiny. Don't be fooled by a begging betta!
