Hi guys,
Because of petsmart, I've become pretty good at checking my fish for the earliest signs of distress. This morning I noticed the tip of my betta's fin is bright red(bloody almost.. looks sore) and theres a bit of.. clear residue or something hanging from the wound. I'm not sure how to diagnose or treat this. Does anyone have any thoughts??

Lester hasn't had any history of disease or anything before, although he does like to sit behind out filter sometimes and he'll get himself stuck to it.. Could this have anything to do with it?

Note: Regular water checks and changes are made to the tank, and everything from that aspect is in order. Ammonia is 0.04. Nitrates are at 0, and nitrites are at 0.2.

Thanks guys

Could indeed be an injury...you need to do WC's, ANY ammonia is not good
