I bought Jack at pet smart earlier this week and put him in our 5.5g tank, he's finally warmed up to me and has a personality. 33740

Cool little fellow. Yeah I love mine, always runs up to the glass when I walk in the room, hoping I'll feed him. I feed him only once a day and he always makes me feel bad because he'll just beg the rest of the time for more.

Yes they are good. One happy healthy beta.

On a side note, you can fill the water in your tank up to the black line. The more water the better. :)

Oh yeah, you'll notice certain times of the year it'll evaporate rather quickly. You can just top it off in between water changes.

Be sure to dechlor the water, and make sure your temps match

Beautiful guy.

Keeping up with the evaporation is a pain sometimes...I swear my 20 loses over a gallon a week. :-P

Fresh (or fresh-frozen) ones, shelled and chopped up. :) Works awesome for constipation too.
