This is a good product for any level of planting. It does not provide the same level of performance as CO2 provides, however it does provide it to a lesser degree and is still very useful. It is also very useful in the fight against BBA if the algae is detected early.

Great bioavailable source of carbon for plants. Works well to kill BBA. Make sure you don't overdose it though.

I’ve been using this for a few months. The plants look a lot greener. This can also be used as a easy way to help limit the growth of algae. It has really helped to reduce the amount of alga that I have in one of my tanks
