Positive aspects of the product (pros): Very effective
Cons: not the cheapest option

I used one of these in a XP2 on my 90 gallon tank (The XP2 is only a secondary filter). Within 3 hours the water was perfectly clear. You have to check the pad at least weekly, replace it about every 1 to 3 weeks.

If you take your time to do the research FIRST, you can successfully set-up and keep ANY type of aquarium with ease.

Does anyone know if these ultra-fine pads are 50mircon or 100 micron?
