Description:
The super quiet Whisper in tank aquarium or terrarium filter that is ideal for 2-10 gallon tanks. The Whisper in tank filter is easy to conceal inside your aquarium; hide it behind a plant or other decorative object and from the front it is practically invisible. Space-saving design can be flush with the wall and operates in as little as 2 in. of water, making it ideal for low water level environments like amphibian aquariums, terrariums or turtle tanks. Complete 3-stage biological, chemical and mechanical water filtration is provided from the same Whisper Filter Cartridges used in the famous Whisper Power Filter. Whisper Filter Cartridges contain precisely the amount of activated carbon and filter mesh area to provide superior aquarium filtration.

Very quiet, doesn't make a whole lot of current
Cons:
Has no lid, so water evaporates, takes up space because of being an internal filter
I've had this filter for about a year, and it has worked wonderfully!
It's extremely quiet; I actually thought it wasn't running one time because no noise was coming from it!
However, it concerns me only slightly that there's no lid. I do not know if there is a lot of evaporation due solely to that, but it's still something to note. Also, if it is put into a small tank, like a three gallon, it takes up swimming space for the fish.
The two "cons" above, though, are minor imperfections I have noticed. The "pros" outweigh them by a lot.
Overall, I think it's a great product for smaller tanks. Especially if you have a slow moving fish like a betta, since they don't like raging rapids.
