Positive aspects of the product (pros):

quiet, superb mechnical filtration, good bio filtration with additional media, cheap price.

Cons:

not enough bio media included with the kit.

Running on a goldfish pond at the moment, and once I added some additional media (more bio balls and some ceramic) it performs superbly. Can easily attach to tubing and be routed to a waterfall or a fountain, or just left standing by itself. Every time I clean the pond it is murky, before this filter, it took about 4 days to clear up, now it takes about 2 hours.
However, the pump cord is fastened tightly into the box, so it is very hard to replace the pump without damaging the housing, if you ever need to service it, or want to upgrade the pump.
