Description:

Copious amounts of both fresh kelp and spirulina abound in this tasty mix. A balanced level of Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids make this flake an excellent choice for both fresh and saltwater veggie feeders.

|
Cons:

I use this or regular omega one flake depending on the fish, some get both. They make good quality flake and the prices are not outrageous. The tins are always filled the top with big, fresh flakes.

I use this product for the mbuna, to keep plenty of veggie type food in their diet. They readily accept it and do well with it.
