Description:

Snails can overtake your aquarium, devouring aquatic plants, creating waste and mess while depleting nutrients. Had-A-Snail is a snail control product for freshwater aquariums with hard water conditions. Safe for fishes and plants when used as directed, a few drops of this potent substance will decimate annoying snail outbreaks, but won't kill snail eggs and is most effective when used on small snails (before they grow to large sizes).

Remove dead snails promptly to avoid spikes in ammonia and pH!

Would never use any kind of chemicals removing snails..

Cons:	Can be dangerous

Works, but can harm other inverts and some sensitive fish. A last resort unless its the most basic of tanks.

Positive aspects of the product (pros):	Worked slightly?
Cons:	Kills other inverts, some plants, and maybe fish

I used this once when i didn't have any other shrimp in my tank. It completely melted my Valisnaria's(plants) Thankfully they were able to grow back.

I tried a small dose in my shrimp tank and it doesn't do enough without getting dangerous to the others animals.

I guess if you had a non planted, non invertstank you might be able to use it properly to achieve results but i've never seen any.
