All of my fish love this food, and readily accept it. The only drawback, is feeding small quantities at a time, as too large an amount will dissolve and get sucked up by filters quickly if you leave them on while feeding.

For some unknown reason, the only fish in my menagerie who will eat this food is my Betta's, and, only the ones that float. Most sink and get into the gravel/rocks below, and end up "fuzzy" and are hard to remove with gravel vacuuming. Though the ingredients are very good, and it seems a quality product, the immediate sink action makes this a bad choice for tanks with a lot of flow and larger gravel bottoms.

This is my first skimmer so I do not have alot of experience with such products. After reading about noise, micro bubbles, and cost I was a bit worried that a skimmer of this price would not be suitable. My sump (I only run this in a sump), does not let any micro bubbles into the main tank, the noise isn't a factor. This skimmer is fairly quiet. My tank is in the living room, not one family member has spoken of any noise issues coming from the tank. I went through the break in period and then adjusted it as per instructions. The skimmer pulls out the junk well. The cup is easy to remove and drain. So far I am happy with this purchase.

The saltwater fish and inverts loved this product. I had some extra so I tried it in the freshwater tank, wow who knew tetras were this aggressive.

No complaints until it died, good for a cheap, readily available, immediately needed heater.

These lights are absolutely junk. DO NOT waste your money. Mine burned through several bulbs in 9 months, and then both ballasts quit. I retrofitted mine with a good ballast. When I opened it up, I was astonished. The ballasts were plastic encased garbage, hot glued to the case. The "reflector" is so thin that I was able to cut it with scissors. And you need to be a near magician to get everything to realign to reassemble the ends.

A must have for anybody that is interested in keeping tropical fish. It has all the common fish and alot you will probably never see and this is just volume 1. I paid alot for a new copy but you can find good used copies for a lower price.
