Black Friday Deals?
Last year at this time I was just starting with fish so I dont know what deals to expext.
I did look at the petsmart ad from last year and the fluval 205 was the only filter deal. I only have petsmart for a chain, but am willinf to online order from all over.
I am loomimg for a good deal on some backup heaters and a canister to replace my fluval 405 (I hate it).
What did you buy last year and how were the prices?

Can't remember getting anything fish related last year. Usually a few days or perhaps even a week or so before black friday, a lot of deal sites have lists of black friday sales. A few even create huge databases of stuff on sale that day. I think fatwallet.com had a decent one last year, could filter it by category, pets.

Drfostersmith.com had all eheim canister filters at 50% off.
Petsmountain would do free shipping after spending $25 (normally $75).
Those were the two that stuck in my head.

Check the General Forum and look for the red stickie at the top for shopping sites. They will all be having sales on now, most likely. My personal preference is Pet Solutions altho now and then I vary depending on what's on sale elsewhere.
They also send out a lovely colored catalog every month if you sign up for one.

Get on the email mailing lists of stores you might get stuff at too. Sometimes they will send you coupon codes for free shipping and other deals.
