    How do you get awards after you have reached the level? I submitted a couple a while back but haven't received them yet.

    No awards are going to be handed out until the forum programming changes have been completed. We have all the award request submission and they will be handed out once the programming has been finished.

    You can still request awards as you qualify for them. It will just take some time before you will actually get them

    totally understood. question: it's been some time since I put in for awards and have since earned others. my problem: poor memory. I can't remember which ones I've requested. Will it hurt to just put in new requests for all awards or is it better to wait until they are updated, then submit for those that were missed?

    Don't request them twice because if awards are handed out twice, then it's more work to go into programming to remove some. Once things are finally done here, if an awarded is missed, it's much easier to just go in and give out one more.

    Hopefully we will get back on a schedule of handing out awards once a month like we did for awhile so the back load does not get so far behind.
