albino catfish HELP
I have 2 albino cats. About 8 inches in a 55 gallon tank. There are 3 blue acias cichilds about 2inches and 3 labs. About 2 inches. The labs. Are completely gone. Could the cats have eaten them?

You really gotta be more specific than that when it comes to catfish, they have a massive number of species that fall under that name.
If you don't know the species then posting a picture is your best bet for us being able to help you
My therapist says I need a bigger tank . . . . .

catfish trouble
Sorry they won't come out of hiding long enough to get picture. I think they are albino channel cats. They grew from 3 inches to 8 inches in 4 months.

I'm sure it goes for most catfish when I say if it can fit in there mouth then there is a good chance it's going to be food. Channel cats, if that's what they are, aren't just bottom feeders. The number 1 thing fisherman use at the lake near me to catch them are waterdogs (tiger salamander tadpoles) on a bobber 2 feet from the surface.

That would be a good idea in the wild channel cats can grow up to 5 feet and over 50lbs.
