    Rough angle as I can not see the business end. Seems large enough to be reproductive, no head shape definition, top fin is rounded, seems gravid, I guess that this would be a female. If the sexual organ protrusion area is rounder than long I would say that supports female .

    Honestly at first look I assume male. The bottom fin is pointed and extends to the edge of the tail fin, and this is a young fish.
    Finally reached 6 tanks... oh god, this addiction is getting serious. 75g mbuna tank, 65g gold severum, 55g OB peacock breeding colony, 30g(36x18) growout, 20 long Dwarf Alto's, 10g fry tank.
    If I die young bury me in... An 8x2x2 with versa tops and a large sump for adequate filtration;)

    Question

    I've had a pair of green sevs and this looks more like the male shape to me...although take my advice on this with a pinch of salt because that was 12 years ago now!
