Vitamins
Do you guys put any extra vitamins or additives in your tanks on a regular basis? The same article I read about first aid kits also wrote about different vitamins or supplements that they add to their tanks on a regular basis. Of course they listed quite a few and alot said it replaced "trace elements" in your tank? Thx

Are the additives (trace elements) you are talking about for freshwater or saltwater aquariums?
I use a vitamin supplements when I feed frozen foods to both my fresh water and salt water fish. I soak the food in it, and do not just dose the tank with itIf you take your time to do the research FIRST, you can successfully set-up and keep ANY type of aquarium with ease.
