Feartherfin Synodontis or Warm water corydoras.
Choices, choices. I really like the look of the Feather fin synodontis, they get around 20 cm, though. and the warm water corydoras, corydoras sterbi. I was hopefully sometime this spring/late winter going to get a 75 or 55 and after cycling stock it with two juvinile manacapuru angels. a school of Rummynose tetras and either a shoal of these corys or a single feather fin synodontis.
My ph is 7.0

I was thinking a single Synodontis euptera or a school of corys.

to save tank space for the angels I guess. Plus the feather fins get 8 to 9 inches they can be aggressive towards cory's. The upside down ones I don't like the looks of as much unlike feather fin synodontis, so they are out.

Go with Cories you won't be disapointed. In your tank you could keep a good sized school 8-10.
You also mentined Rummy Noses, they are a great fish to keep and schoolers if your looking for that.
Make sure your tank is properly cycled because both fish mentioned here will fail if it's not.
