Impluse Puppy

Just saw the cutest female black and brown puppy dachshund and bought her on impulse, I now have a third dog BUT I do'nt know what to call her. Any names my other dogs are both male toy shih-poos 6 and 8 months old named Orion and Apollo. I was trying to stick with the mythological. All I can think of is Artemis due to Apollo, Artemis and Orion all being in the same ancient greek myths, plus shes' the mistress of animals. Still trying to get more idea to flow to my wife. Any namse would be greatly appreciated.

I like Artemis...and you can call her Artie for short, which is adorable. And still distinct enough they should all recognize their own names...

All three are adorable.

Be careful with having her up on the couch. Dogs with long backs are more prone to back and leg issues due to their conformation. They shouldn't get into the habit of jump and down off the sofa (or bed)...or do flights of stairs, etc.

I'm still doing physio with my Mini-D...she put her knee out several weeks ago. If I can't keep her from re-injurying herself...she might need a very expensive surgery...
