Foxface stung another fish?

So yesterday was watching my fish and noticed my carpenter's flasher wrasse harassing my foxface. About an hour later I noticed that the wrasse had a big sore on the top of it's head and was swimming eraticly and breathing hard. Today he seems to be acting normally and still eating well but still has the wound on his head. This thing appeared in less than an hour and covers most of the top of the fish's head. The only thing I can think of that could have happened was that he got stung by the foxface. Has anyone everh had something like this happen before?

I've never personally had it happen, but it is entirely possible. The venomous spines of the Siganid family are there for self defense. While this is mostly for defense against predators, I'm sure they would also act as a nice defense against other fish that would harass them.
