Trying to identify this invert.
So at my school the science department has a lab with some marine tanks in it. My wife and I always meet there after our last class and look at the setups. But today she noticed this critter in one of them.
It looks like a really large slug, but it has feathery whiskers that it uses to sift through sand. I can't figure out what it is. Any thoughts?"A grain of sand is all I ever wanted to be. Lay me down and let the water wash over me, wash over me." -Mickey Newbury

It is a sea cucumber.
Stock the tank you have, not the tank you plan to have. Always have and use patience.

Sorry I can't give more detail like a genus and/or a species.
Stock the tank you have, not the tank you plan to have. Always have and use patience.
