75 stocking..

Alright, I reall like the red color, thinking of 10 of the serpai, would they be less likly to nip with that many

As it Stands.

1x Angel Fish
1xDG
2x reedfish
5x cories
10x Serpai tetras or rummynose which even the LFS has the day i go it as i like them the same
1x brustle nose pleco
5x maybe? some type Danio

so 2 final questions :) can i mix the type of cory cats to make my group or have to be same specises, also for final fish id like another bigger show fish about the size of my Angel, 5-8'' any help, of course most be compatable. i am close to the fence about just getting a pair of angels, but what is stopping me is doing somthing with the fry, so any 1 final "show" fish any views is great

I would go to 10 of the danio as well. fish do better in bigger schools and you have sufficient room for them to be in a school of that size.

Corys-they would highly appreciate being with the same species. they'll school around together if they are the same type. so you should get just one species there. (pending the footprint w/ the ropefish, i would suggest at least 6 cory's-if not 8-10)

someone will have to pipe in about the other showcase fish. normally 1 angel can be kept as the showcase.
so i'm not sure how it would react with another big fish (as I've never kept angels...just seen their aggression)

the trick to the "pair" of angels, is that you can't buy 2 and call em' a pair, you have to by 5/6 and let a pair develop, then rehome the rest.

would that many danios fit with my current stock. also at mf lfs they guy has ones that have already paired in a few tanks, and the younnger ones in his "show" tank, i probably will stick with the 1 Angel and one other midsize fish.

welp i have 99% nailed down

2x koi Angels, already a proven pair, though i dont care about breeding, just that they get along

1x DG, was thinking trio 1x make 2 female, but thought wiser

10x Serpai tetra, if have that many fin nipping wont be a prblem right?

1x bristle nose pleco

5x cories

2x reedfish

really liking the danios, since they are mainly topwater any way i could fit them in
