They wouldn't have cared Hobbs. The "manager" sat at the counter drinking coffee for the whole 35 minutes I was there. Not once was I asked if I needed anything.

He wasn't paying attention, huh?

But just TRY to walk out with something, unpaid for. Bet he'd be startled out of his little dream world, then! Ya think?

Seriously, customer service is a good indicater of the overall quality of an establishment. If they don't care about the customer, they probably don't care about much else affecting their business.
