I have none.
20 gal. high: planted; 1 zebra danio, 6 glofish, several snails, 2 (visible) RCS; AC50, Azoo air. 65 gal: planted; 4 rosy barbs, 6 glofish, 5 white cloud minnows, 3 zebra danios, 5 dojo loaches, several snails; AC110 x 2.

Depends on when your contest ends, I have a 20 gallon hex that I'm sitting up today but not filling till tomorrow so at the moment it would be just the one...

4, but 3 of them are not good for fish and thats why they are empty. But i stick with my number being 4.

I have quite a few tanks...
The 36g RSM is empty, so is the little betta desk top (I think it's 7g). The 10g puffer tank is empty. Those are 3 that are fully useable as tanks.
Then I have some that are being used for non-fish: The 30g houses the snake, two 10g house cockroaches. I think I have another 2-3 10g in storage as well...but I will only vouch for 1 of those...
55 g Goldfish Tank - 5 Fancies, 2 Dojos
25 g Tropical Tank - Celestial Pearl Danio/Mixed

I didnt read the question right. Following the OP i have 2 empty tanks then. A 5g i might use for a betta eventually again, and a 36g.
