I have a hood that only has a slot for 1 t8 bulb for my 29G tank, i know this isnt enouph for plants, but is there a a converting kit i can buy that will allow my hood to run t5s? Or if not t5s an adaptor that will allow me to place 2 t8s? It seems there would be enouph room in the light slot. The wattage is only 17 per t8 tube, but i also have one of those hidden marineland LED lights (dont know wattage) that brighten ups the tank alot when turned on with the t8.
