Should i use ferts?
If so, which ones? 65 gallon tank, DIY C02 reactor, 1.6w/gallon t5 lighting(might upgrade the lighting to 2.1w/gallon if the severum is accepting of the plants). I plan on starting slow with anubias nana and java ferns, and working up from there as(if) my severum gets more tolerant of the plants in his home.
Finally reached 6 tanks... oh god, this addiction is getting serious. 75g mbuna tank, 65g gold severum, 55g OB peacock breeding colony, 30g(36x18) growout, 20 long Dwarf Alto's, 10g fry tank.
If I die young bury me in... An 8x2x2 with versa tops and a large sump for adequate filtration;)

i do't use ferts on any of my tanks and they look great just regular water changes , good substrates and adequate lighting , my theory is that if you stock your tank right the fish and plants find their equilibrium and flourish , however i do use rainwater which does contain trace minerals i don't know if that has something to do with it
