I plan on putting a DIY C02 setup on my 65g.

I had planned to use a juice bottle and a 2 liter bottle for my reactors, and a water bottle for the third chamber. My question was with the yeast mixture.

I was wondering if 2 cups of water, 2 cups of sugar, and a 1/4 cup of of yeast(Activated). Will this mixture work or should i add another reactor?
