You better be ok, or get better real quick or else there'll be trouble, Miss Mandy!
Three-fourths of the Earth's surface is water, and one-fourth is land. It is quite clear that the good Lord intended us to spend triple the amount of time fishing as taking care of the lawn. ~Chuck Clark

Thanks you guys! I have an update for ya on the situation.

Our city is having its annual Old Fashioned Days festival, and while I was out and about on main street I ran into my family doctor. He asked me to go ahead to come in when I was done doing what I had to do.

So after my son won first place in the beauty pageant (YAY!) I went over to speak with him.

Turns out I'm extremely anemic, and he thinks that what showed up in the x-ray isn't serious at all nor is it even in my lung. So he canceled the cat scan, and ordered another x-ray to be done with a few extra pieces of lead to be added in different areas.

Now I go in to have bloodwork done, and I need to try and get an appointment for another x-ray Monday. Things are looking better already.

    That's good news!

I also have chronic issues with anemia...since I was 16 or 17 at least. First they told me I was low in iron...but iron supplements never helped (and my diet is fine)...

More recently I found out it was a Vit B12 deficiency. So I take supplements (some of us can't get what we need through diet alone). Some people have to go for regular shots - but it does help to know what's up!

    Yes, very!

I've never been anemic before, so I was surprised to hear that. At least it's easily fixable.

Now just to rule out what they thought was in my lung, but is actually in my chest. Which the doctor thinks it's normal, so I'm not as worried now. I'd like to know how a lung specialist could mistake something being in my lung when it was in my chest..... Really?? Lol!

I recommend salt and raising the temp to a little over 80 till all spots are gone. As Azurescriber said, glad it's manageble! Sometimes with these things the waiting is the worst part. Hang in there.
