I like the look of your tank

    Good job with it
If you take your time to do the research FIRST, you can successfully set-up and keep ANY type of aquarium with ease.

    Thanks :)

The branches were taken off a tree, they are dead. The only prep they got is dumped in the pond til they sunk. I very rarely buy wood for my tanks, too expensive

Do you not ever have issues with the wood starting to rot away after being submerged for a while alasse?

I'm a fan of using branches etc aswell due to the cost in buying it unless I find something I really like but am always hesitant about any decaying issues or do you replace it after a while?

does it help if its already dead??

Looks good. Whenever I try to make a nice landscape in the tank it ends up looking like a mess. I tend to just fill up every available space with plants until you can't see the rest of the stuff no more!
