Improving Fluval Chi lighting
Hey all!
Do any of you have a Fluval Chi?
I love this tank, but the lighting in it is AWFUL. You can barely even tell the light it turnes on, and I have it pretty heavily planted... so I would like better light on it.
Is there any way to alter the pre-existing lights to make them brighter? I would rather not add a light on top or around it, because I got this tank specifically for it's look.

I rewired my Edge to LEDs but it still sucks.
It's a pretty common complaint actually with the Fluval tanks but the web and YT are full of mods people have done to make them into halfway decent tanks.
It's pretty easy to find something that will work.

It has a small led structure in it.
The ads were so misleading for it haha. They show such bright tanks, and I turned the light on and thought it was broken, then I leaned down and saw that it was actually on.
I'm pretty handy, and my sister's boyfriend was an electrician so I know I could get him to help me out. I'll see if I can find some info on people who have modded it and how they did it!
