this is soldier my mayan cichlid he's currently about 5 inches i got him in december. here's some pics from when i first got him and the most recent including one tonight.

He's gained a lot of color and looks nice.

Thank you! He was my first fish I bought under the assumption that he was red terror. But that was back when I knew absolutely nothing about fish. He's survived an uncycled tank,ich multiple times and a fungus that killed all my other fish in a matter of a couple days. He's one TOUGH fish! I won't be keeping him to much longer though since I won't be able to house him to much longer.
