also, theres the new fish, the dottyback. the rest of the corals come friday.
and the last pic of the whole tank, i want more LR. theres 1lb/gallon in it (20.5 to be exact) so that was 160$. lol, SW is expensive. the tank doesnt even look filled with LR fully

You need orginiziational skills. It seems like in every picture you take, you see hoses from filters, and food cans scattered about, lol.
Nice corals. I forgot, whats your lighting like?Money can't buy happiness, but it sure can pay the rent.

lol, its cord city down there, but it doesnt really bug me. i have all my tanks in the basement, so theres bound to be cords. to prevent mold from all the tank evaporation, i bought a de-humidifier. works perfect.
ive got medium-high lighting, the brain coral, zoanthids, clown goby, and the dottyback. friday im gonna get a shrimp, some turbo snails, and some more corals. and they have a nice 96W 50/50 at the store im gonna buy, so then with my current lights i would have high lightingLast edited by cocoa_pleco; 09-16-2007 at 01:32 AM.

My LFS is having $5 a pound sale on fiji rock right now. My buddy works there and he says it should be on sale for a few more weeks, I am tempted to go buy everything now but I haven't been making anything for money as I have no job now. (college)

zackish, thats a good deal, plus its best to get all your LR at once so you dont have to cure any later on

Ya, I really wanna hop on this SW tank but like I said it's the $$$.
That kid has a lot of powerheads and equipment laying around he said and he can get me employee discount at the LFS so I am tempted to just start it.
I figure if I just do a regular 10 all I will really need is to buy the light and the LR. Corals obviously would be where the money really comes in but I would just start with a few and maybe 2 percula clowns.
