Looks like either a young or female Ruby-throated.

My hummers visit flowers but not the feeder so much. Some of my most rewarding bird pictures because boy are those guys zippy!

I'm pretty sure it's a female. The male was close by, but much to shy to have his picture taken.

^_^ I have a couple very nice, close pictures of a female hummer, taken by lurking just beside a window-mounted feeder and not moving. They're so hard to catch on camera, and it's always so rewarding when you manage to do so.
