Yes. You can move the old filter and the fish it was supporting simultaneously to the new tank.
    Gas mileage isn't everything OIIIIIIIO
Lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part.
Why pretend there are no stupid questions? Actually, There are many stupid questions: "Should I drink this bleach?" Is just one example.
Having said that, Just because it's a stupid question doesn't mean that it shouldn't be asked. It's better to know.

It stands to reason to gradually add new fish, if you're planning to, because your bio filtration needs to adjust to the new load.

Ive just finished moving everything from 30gl to my 70gl including all ceramic noodles from the 30gl and ornaments which i washed.im thinkin i had more than double the bio as The 30gl olso had built in top trays full of noodles and by adding it to the 70gl which has 5toptrays with fresh noodles and bio balls i should have plenty or am i thinking wrong?. i havent added any new fish and i will be testing water regular .my fish are lovin the new tank fingers crossed and thanks for the advice!!

    Plenty of media? Yes.

    Plenty of bacteria? See below.

The bacteria population will only be as big as the food supply is, So...

Currently you have enough bacteria to take care of the waste produced by those fish. No more.

BUT - You obviously have room for BB expansion but adding stock will have to proceed slowly so that your BB colony has time to grow with your stock population.
