Well, I'm getting a 55gal bow front from a friend for free. So about 6 weeks ago I started up this tank to get the ball rolling, that way when he finally gets the bow front tank to me I'll have everything all ready to seed it. Once thats all swapped over I can get rid of this old POS, haha... So here's where 6 weeks has brought me;

Looks like a good start. Looks like you have angelfish in there and something else? If you put in a background of some sort, maybe just black paper taped onto the back of the tank, that will help hide the wires and filter, fish will stand out a bit more too.

Thanks I plan on painting the back of the bow front black when I get it, this tank here is kinda just temporarily pieced together (I found it in the basement of the house I currently rent, might be 30 years old) I'm going to break this one down as soon as I borrow a truck from my job and pick the dang new one up. Kinda just a rehearsal for the real thing. Maybe after I swap everything I'll fix this one up correctly buy another couple filters and use it as a grow out or hospital tank. I also have a 120gal downstairs I would love to set up but with the dog, cat, 2 kids we are running out of space... Prob will leave that one alone until we purchase a house next year.
