    Default Mbuna and NLS foods

    Hi peeps.

    I keep reading all over the place that NLS is one of the better, if not the best pellet based foods for mbuna cichlids.
    Has anyone had much experience with it?

    I have a ps Saulosi species tank which i feed Spirulina flakes ( an el cheapo brand) and i think they probably deserve better.

    my main question though is... what NLS formula should i buy? there is so many!

    keen to hear your thoughts!
