Advice on planting tank for Angelfish and green Neon Tetras
Hello, I have a 56 g that I'm planning to populate with 5 angelfish and a large school of green neon tetras (with some hoplos thrown in, they're adorable fish) annnyywayy... Here are some things I'd like advice on
1. angelfish like broad leafy plants. what kind will grow well in medium light? I am thinking of pennywort to cover the bottom of the tank. Does anyone have any experience with this plant? Ideally, I'd like to stock the tank with plants native to South America (to make the angels n tetras feel more at home)
2. I have only seen green tetras in photos on the net. they look rather blue to me, which is fine. Has anyone seen these fish in real life? Are they as stunning as they look in web photos?
PS: I've kept angelfish n tetras before.
thanks in advance for any advice!
