When I lived in apartments, I never had a problem with anyone. but then again, I've always respected my neighbours. There was never any need to get harsh with anyone, let alone wish an old lady would drop off a balcony...

No one here wished an old lady would drop off a balcony either. I get along with all my neighbors, too, which surprised me when she insisted I was sawing lumber after I told her 3 times I was not.

the closest to an apartment i've lived in was at college a house that you rented out rooms. i was the only female in this house. on the weekends i'd get up and cook breakfast for everyone. and the bathrooms were only cleaned once a month (there were 3) the one in the basement that i used i'd clean every wednesday, cause it was black. no joke black. when i moved in, and none of the guys cared. yucky.

the most weirdest crazy things that happened from my neighbors there was the stoner across the hall. we were friendly and would talk and sometimes go do laundry together or watch a movie. i came home from classes once to find him sitting on my bed watching tv. and i lock my door and double check it when i leave. i asked him what he was doing and he just said watching tv. my reply was ok. i have home work. he said ok and left. another night i woke up to find him sleeping next to me in my bed. i'm a heavy sleeper so waking up to this was a bit perturbing. i kindly woke him up and told him he was in my room and i'd like if he'd go sleep in his room.

still don't know how he kept getting in. cause i know i locked my door. nice guy just did weird stuff when he was stoned.

sometimes it doesn't help to much to be kind to neighbors if they are crazy. they might get a little to cozy and friendly for you.
