Is it true that freeze dried foods such as blood worm, black worm etc lose nutrients because of the lack of moisture. What is an ideal amount percentage of protein for guppies?

The more protein the have, the better-looking fish.
However, you are right, bloodworms and blackworms can be fed excessively for a fish and it can be dangerous to its long term health.
Most of my fish only get bloodworms and blackworms once a week, but you should be feeding flake food (IF you feed flake food ) that has a good percentage of protein.
I have no idea for the exact percentage but usually it does not hurt to have a high level of protein in dried food. It should be around I guess around 40% is the average guppy specialized food percentage.I tested 97% positive for Multiple Tank Syndrome
