Ok people I am considering the last effort a test run and the rules have been tweaked a bit so here are the official new rules [Which some of the old timers will recognize :-P]

* Photos will not change every 24 hours but you will have 12 to 24 hours notice when they are about to change.

* Each photo will have a single cash prize of $5000 for the best caption.

* You can't win if you don't play and there is no entry fee, So you have nothing to lose.

* Each time I bump this thread I will repost the current picture being captioned as a reminder

* Enter as often as you like, Please limit your captions to three per post.

That's about it really.
