Is two 18 inch, 15 watt, 6500k fluorescent bulbs enough for Amazon swords and anubias?

Although there are several options, my preference is a 4' T5 fixture with two bulbs. you would need to replace the top with glass tops if you have the standard hood that comes with a 55g.

+1 to KF. Also i would go for a T5-HO instead of the NO.
