If I keep this up, I won't be able to call this a FOWLR tank much longer
I bought a new leather coral for this tank. As the nitrate remain steady at just over 1ppm, the leathers that I moved from the 180 into this tank are doing a lot better than they did in the 180. In fact, they are growning a lot faster than ever before.
The new leather is a purple (ish) finger leather. He looks pretty mad in the pic as I just finished acclimating him and puttin him through a coral dip.

Below are a few pics of the current leathers

If you take your time to do the research FIRST, you can successfully set-up and keep ANY type of aquarium with ease.

I had to re-home the butterfly as he was getting too nippy at feeding time. But the lion fish and the crabs are doing great. The hurmit and emerald crabs are also doing well. Both hurmits have molted and taken bigger shells already

Thanks guys
You can sure tell lionfish are predator fish. The lionfish will stock the smallest emerald crab in the tank every time the crab comes out in the open
The butterfly is back in QT now for the time being until I can find a more permanent solution. If you take your time to do the research FIRST, you can successfully set-up and keep ANY type of aquarium with ease.

Tank looks awesome Cliff... tank envy is kicking in damn you! Haha
The pictures are also top notch, finally figuring out that new camera huh? lol :)55g Long --> After 18mo of doing well the tank crashed during moving. Most likely cause: Flatworm Die-off... won't start another until after moving... Likely not until late 2013

Thanks Guys
Hockeyhead, I actually just started taking more picture. I just did not post the 50(ish) other photos I took that were not as good. I'm still getting used to a camera with more than one setting and more than one button
