Green Diamond Discus

Hey guys, my lfs said he was getting in some green discus in a couple weeks, I went ahead and paid down on a couple. He said they're calling in the green diamond discus. I checked online and I saw a couple pics but no info on them, would be appreciated if anyone ever heard of this particular breed. These are going to be my first discus, I'm planning on purchasing 2 of them, 2 blue diamonds (or neon blue), and I'm looking for another 2 so open for recommendations.

I would look elsewhere. chances are the fish are not going to look anything like that picture. an lfs is not the best choice to buy discus. get them from a reputable breeder. as for the fish pictured, who knows. you can find many different names for the same discus. sometimes because of location and sometimes the seller just wants to say he has something new.

That looks like a blue diamond with the picture tinted slightly green.

If I ever got discus I would go 2 blue diamond, 2 yellow crystal and 2 red marlboro. I like the solid colours best.
