  1. Default Will rummynose school with zebra danios?

Hi peeps! My 20g is kind of undergoing construction right now, and the fish are:
    7 assorted zebra-sized danios
    6 assorted cories, 4 julii 2 salt-and-pepper
    3 female bettas
3 celestial pearl danios who will be rehomed soon as the largest betta ate the rest....
I'm going to put lots of live plants in, and was wondering if a few rummynose tetras would school with the danios. Rummynose would be good for my tank, because I'm admittedly kind of lax with the water changes, and rummys fade when the tank needs a WC, so they'd be pretty much ordering me to do a WC. If the rummys would be happy in there, how many could I get? If they wouldn't, is there another 'canary fish' who'd fit? Please don't yell at me for being lazy.... I already yelled at myself.
I hate hearing people say "it's only a $3/$5/$1 fish/shrimp, so it's ok if it dies, I can just get another." It's still an animal! All animals should be treated like they're worth $10,000.

Please click an egg so they'll grow.

I'd say you're pretty much stocked at this point.

And to answer your question - No.

Adding more fish is the last thing you need if you are not willing to do the required maintenance. It's counterproductive to say the least.
I have six words for you.

That's kinda what I was thinking.... Don't worry, I'm going to up water changes, I just might need a boost... If I took out the danios, how many rummynoses could live in there?

If your taking out both spieces of Danios you could put a dozen Rummy Noses and theu would be happy with that many companions.

And not to lecture; the rummy noses would appriciate the regular water changes. Even though they are a good inticator your tanks not right they can still become ill because of poor water conditions.
