As long as your 30G has plenty of driftwood and caves 1 or 2 rams should be fine
Also a firemouth in your 90G wouldn't be a problem with any of the stock you've mentioned. But same again, make plenty of eyeline barriers plants/caves/stones/driftwood etc stops them fighting
My therapist says I need a bigger tank . . . . .

Gorgeous fish, beautiful environment! If their wild counterparts only knew -- what envy they would experience! LOL! I'd say there's some real pet-spoiling going on . . .
